What are your shipping Methods?
We offer four shipping methods.
- UPS Ground. Orders will ship next day. Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery. UPS Ground delivers Monday – Saturday (no Sunday deliveries).
- UPS 3 Day Select. Orders will ship business next day and will be delivered on the 3rd day thereafter (Monday through Friday).
- UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders will ship same day if placed before noon EST and will be delivered on the 2nd day thereafter (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
- UPS Next Day Air. Orders will ship same day if placed before noon EST and will be delivered on the next day thereafter (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
How quickly do you ship?
We typically ship Standard orders in 24-48 hours. You will be notified via email once your order has shipped.
How long will it take to get my order?
Standard service typically takes 7-12 business days to receive your package. *Please note that transit times do not include order processing time and actual delivery times may be a business day or more longer.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail including the tracking information when your order ships. We will also include an order tracking number on your order information page in your Account. To track the package, click directly on the tracking number. This will take you to the carrier's website to track the order. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's website.
Do you ship internationally?
Savage Store does not ship outside the United States and Canada currently.
Why can't you ship certain magazines to my address?
Some products cannot be shipped to certain States by law. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. If you have further questions about which magazines are restricted, please contact our Customer Service team at (413) 301-9665.
I haven't received my order - what should I do?
Keep in mind that it may take a business day or two to process your order, particularly if you placed your order on a weekend or during a holiday when the carrier's offices are closed. Also, carriers experience delays at times, particularly during busy holiday periods.
If you're concerned your order may be lost, please use the tracking number to inquire directly with the carrier. Sometimes the carrier will not deliver an order if it cannot be left safely at its destination or if a signature could not be obtained (if required). The carrier will leave a notice on your door to advise the order is waiting for you. Please follow directions noted for pick-up or redelivery.
